MKCL Finishing Schools (MFS) attempts to address key challenges faced by the industry today. Challenges are: how to reduce attrition rates and how to develop workforce by continuous training and retraining and up-skilling?
By bringing in an educational innovation in form of MFS Work Based degree programs, MFS attempts to set up a transformative agenda for industries to become production cum learning environments.
